Return Policy
1. All returns must be made within 7 days to our companies location in Marysville, Wa. A RGA "Return Goods Authorization" number. No returns will be approved if number is omitted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer must contact our world hdq at 1-360-653-2491 with a fax request for an RGA number.
2. Credit will be done with exchanges only! After 7 days our company will use due discretion with any returns. Any outstanding balances due on your account will be deducted from any refund that may be issued. Under no circumstances will any refunds be approved if any products have been altered in any way. Please note that a special office cost for added service may be charged.
3. Any returns after the 7 day policy will have a restock fee of 25% unless management states otherwise.
New Orders
1. New Orders placed from products listed on our web site will ship from warehouse within 1 to 7 days. This will depend on products and shipping methods that are used. All care will be taken to provide the fastest delivery that we can supply.

3. Service is provided for the products we list on our web site. Warranties are provided via makers of machines, ONLY. "Cutting & Jewelry service is provided by our staff" any contract for this service will be provided with materials & products we supply ONLY.
